I was specifically requested by customer to support this project and my role was to manage migration project for a major customer and help them to move their operations from 2 different contract manufacturer in 9 different countries

The operation involved in IT asset collection, secure data erasure, test and recertification of laptops, cellphones and tablets

lack of existing footprint in 8 out of the 9 countries in the scope was a new challenge

Lack of documentation and support the CM exit project created another level of challenge

The project was a successful implementation model that was adopted and replicated for the other similar projects.
