As company was scaling up out of startup mode, a need for a QMS system was getting more critical to the future growth strategy.

I was the assigned management representative for our US Operations and also responsible for the implementation of the system.

Successfully delivered implementation of management system in accordance to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and successfully passed the external audit first time for first time standard registration.

• Designed, developed and delivered a full featured document control process and a management dashboard designed to streamline content access and maintain process control with thousands of dollars in savings compared to similar 3rd party solutions.
