Thousands of requests for inventory item creations were being received by PDM team annually for processing. The existing manual process relied on email communications and manual processing of the requests for inventory item creations. There was an area for improvement to automate the process and improve the PDM related workloads.
I took the initiative to develop an automated solution to eliminate the existing manual process
